Tyler is a senior at Granite Bay High School and to say that she’s an overachiever would be putting it mildly – because this powerhouse is a US Figure Skating Gold Medalist!! You’d never know it from her quiet, humble personality. For example, she brought a few medals for us photograph along with her figure skates and when her dad asked why she didn’t bring more/all of them, she replied “There would be too many!” and she didn’t want to be all OTT π
We lucked out with the most perfect fall day for Tyler’s Luxe session, which included a few different hairstyles and subtle changes to her makeup to keep her looking fresh and natural, just the way she wanted. I can’t stress enough how important good makeup is for a photo shoot – even a natural look requires a professional touch, and makes you look and feel so much more confident than “everyday” makeup. Here are a few of Tyler’s favorite images, which we photographed in Granite Bay and at Folsom Lake – two of this season’s most requested spots!
