Lauren is one of those girls who everyone seems to know and LOVE – I can’t count the number of times her name has come up in conversation and it’s always the same: “She’s soooo nice!” “She’s the smartest person I know!” “She’s so gorgeous!” “Everyone just loves Lauren!”
I first met Lauren about 3 years ago when I photographed her sister Kiely’s senior portraits and she walked through the room as we were choosing Kiely’s order and didn’t realize how quickly those 3 years would fly by until I’d be photographing her senior portraits, too! This year, Lauren was on my senior model team and we were able to do some fun shoots together, including a lovely Lake Tahoe shoot at Sand Harbor – but her senior session was definitely one of my favorites! Lauren wanted a springtime session with flowers, and chose the cutest outfits to complement the beautiful settings we captured in Auburn and Newcastl. One of my favorites has to be her senior ball gown, which had a bodice of embroidered flowers and a skirt with layers of tulle and lace and was a dream to photograph! The entire afternoon was extra special because her sister and mom were able to be there, and we even shot in some of the same locations as Kiely’s session years ago. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter family to work with, and am so excited for Lauren as she’s getting ready to graduate from Del Oro High School and attend Claremont McKenna College! I know she’s going to be successful at anything she does and can’t wait to see where her new adventures take her!
