I love that Anjuli asked for dramatic lashes and smoky eye makeup for her senior portrait session – she definitely knows how to play up those gorgeous eyes! She was so fun to photograph, and I loved getting to know her during our shoot in Auburn and Granite Bay. We started out in Old Town Auburn because it has some cute brick buildings, greenery and flowers, and then finished up in the Los Lagos neighborhood with its ponds, wildflowers and granite outcroppings. Anjuli almost didn’t come to view and select her pictures because she usually doesn’t like pictures of herself (I know, can you believe it?) but she walked away with a bunch of favorites that she has in a beautiful heirloom album and digitals.
